Welcome to the BWY Yorkshire Region website which provides information on yoga teachers, classes, events and training in the region. I believe one of the BWY strengths lies in its diversity of teaching styles. When we attend a class given by a BWY teacher we know we are in the safe hands of someone who has undergone training second to none and who can offer an individual and unique style.
